Vasily Lomachenko: Rigondeaux refused to fight me

Rigondeaux is their top client though. They can't make as much money off the other guys as they can with Rigondeaux. So naturally, they're going to be the ones playing hardball when it comes to him. It's likely a situation where Rigondeaux accepted the fight and Caribe had to convince him otherwise and demand more money.
I expect someone from Rigondeaux's side to respond within the next few days on the details.Comment

You guys really believe Rigondeaux is the one making pictures and posting on social media speaking perfect English? lol c'mon
Anyways, this fight is one of those "it would be cool if it happened" type of fights but has no real importance. I think Rigondeaux is probably going to sign with Al Haymon anyways so perhaps there is something else planned for him (unification with Frampton @ 122 pounds, Leo Santa Cruz?). We'll see what happens.Comment

I love both fighters so I'm kind of glad they're not fighting lol. Would have a been a truly great matchup though. But in the end I think Rigo is just too small and as brave as he is, moving up would have been a bad idea. Best thing for him is to probably sign with Haymon and continue to his run at 122. He's got a lot of fights there. He needs to get his career going though. You guys really believe Rigondeaux is the one making pictures and posting on social media speaking perfect English? lol c'mon

If the f@gs that reside at 122 would fight the guy he wouldn't have to go up another weight class chasing Lomo.
Sign with Haymon and take them all out 1 by 1 at 122, if they'll even fight him then. They'll probably leave Haymon instead.Comment

I don't see that it has no real importance, the king at 122 versus possibly the king at 126 and possibly the two greatest amateur boxers of all time or at the very least the two best amateurs of this century thus far. Having said that the fight might not have been entertaining. You guys really believe Rigondeaux is the one making pictures and posting on social media speaking perfect English? lol c'mon
