it seems to me like dudes see PBC as something other than professional boxing....I know we don't agree on everything or anything but one thing I THOUGHT all of us here had in common was unconditional LOVE for this GREAT sport....it don't matter if boxing is on HBO, SHO, ESPN, BoxNation, Sky, RTL, SAT1 or any network, I'm watching it and if I don't have time I'll find a way to watch it....I'm far from a GGG fan but I'll be watching his next fight for two reasons...first, I love this ****ing sport and two, I wanna see him lose...I don't care about promoters or any other sideline mutha****a in a suit and tie...I love watching the sport

Nope pointing out the fact that PBC is overspending for a poor quality of fights. That their fight cards are extremely expensive to air and despite all that they get terrible ratings compared to other sporting events and tv shows that spend a fraction of the cost to produce and air. PBC is literally burning up money every event with nothing to show for it. These were bad ratings and lost out to the UFC Prelim where guys are making no money and the show is cheap as hell to air. Meanwhile those prelim got better ratings and get more money in TV advertisers and actually has a TV deal. Fox pays UFC. PBC on top of those enormous losses have to pay ESPN and other networks for the time slot and have little to no tv advertisers.
