PPV? So HBO gonna give us mismatches and expect us to shell out for every decent match i see..these are the kind of match ups that made HBO, every broadcast were fights like this then put Megafights on PPV...that was a formula that worked.

its fair to bash ggg for saying that yet where are you when ward says even more illogical nonsense? look at the guys hes tried to fight the last 4 years(truax, sartison, pavlik) and the guys he has turned down/ignored (bute,stevenson,kovalev,degale) meanwhile ggg has tried to fight everyone in his division plus some other guys in a division above yet some people still hold him to words he said years ago while not holding ward to any of his words. ward wouldn't even fight guys in his own division but when ggg won't move up to he's the ducker?

People have to grow up.

Golovkin said that way back in 2012 before he had fought so much as once in the USA. It was said because he needed opponents and wanted to make a point and get some attention of the boxing media. It obviously worked because here we are more than three years later still talking about it. Are you still held to things you said three years ago? Remember that girl who we all told we were in love back in high school with to get her into bed? You know the one I mean, we also told her we wouldn't come in her mouth. Should we have been forced to marry her?

Wish it was in Montreal instead , Can't believe this fight would be PPV, first one in awhile I probably won't buy unless the undercard is stacked. Lemiux is only a good fight for GGG because he holds a strap and GGG wants all 4, Can't see it being competitive though, Lemiuxs getting rap.ed if they fight hope his cheques right.

Agree completely Ward / Kov should/will happen in the future it's just makes more sense for Ward to face & beat GGG before he steps up to Kov.

I don't see why so many are knocking this matchup. Now i get it, it is not like it is going to be of any historical significance or anything. It is a fun looking fight though between two huge punchers that only know one direction, forward.

The PPV part of it sucks. That kinda eats away at some of the fun. It should be on tv.

The only fight worth paying for atm other than Klit/Fury. I get the PPV for GGG's fight here in Australia so I'm used to paying for his fights.
