hey genius manny was fighter of the decade from 2000-2009 (when pac was at his absolute prime years). the pac that fought rios didn't have his killer instinct anymore, was already war torn, and was coming off a HUGE KO LOSS. people were asking pac to retire after that KO loss for his health. rios was a clear tune-up, and even then rios was a decent fighter with only 1 loss (officially) and good punching power. yes he got a gift against abril but abril is farr more skilled than karass and frickin guerrero.
