No...you're just not that important. I literally don't even know what you said or I would have quoted it. You're just desperate for my attention. Cute.

      • Ward would beat GGG, I think rather easily. GGG does not want any part of Ward, he rather go for Cotto or Canelo, where he knows he can win these fights and make big $$$ doing it. Ward is to much risk and not enough $$$.

Beating Ward would not make Golovkin any bigger a star.

Could GGG move back down after a fight at 168? Probably. But to do it properly and safely at his age he should take about three months to gain the muscle mass and get accustomed to it and then another three months or so to lose the weight carefully and properly. That means just the Ward fight should take half a year of prep, before and after. As a result, such a fight should bring in at least double the revenue of a regular fight as it will take the place of two regular fights. To really be worth the effort and risk, it should bring in TRIPLE the revenue of a regular fight. At this point in time, a Ward fight would not bring in that kind of money and as a result is not worth the effort and risk required.
          This is nothing but excuses.

          The bolded is just ....WOW!!!

More reason why Golovkin should bend over for a fight with ATG Ward.

No, that would be ****** to say. It's pretty clear Golovkin's stance right now - they were willing to go up to 168 for a big money fight, since Golovkin is a middleweight and currently campaigning at middleweight. Ward isn't a big money fight so clearly the risk outweighs the reward in their opinion. They are in a position where they have a couple potential big fights at 160, being that Golovkin is mandatory to Canelo/Cotto winner. It's obvious they want to try to unify (likely against Lemieux) and then hopefully fight Canelo/Cotto after. Moving up to fight Ward now, and yes potentially losing, could mess that all up. There is no need to rush to Ward right now in their eyes given the position they're in. The risk/reward is not worth it for them at this time.

Obviously by taking this stance the whole "we'll beat everyone from 154 to 168" catch phrase takes a hit, and the haters have some new ammo to hate on Golovkin (ducking a guy a weight class above him, etc.), but as they have stated for a while now their goal is unifying 160. I wouldn't rule out a Ward fight next year however, as I've stated for months clearly Ward isn't in their plans for 2015 but if they get the fights they want I see them going after Ward in 2016 (which makes more sense anyway).

There's no similarities between WARD AND THE GGG catchweight and the catch weights Cotto and Mayweather have asked for.

Cotto is one of the middleweight champions. He's obligated to defend his title at that limit.

Mayweather was on record saying catchweight were bull**** but less then a year later asked for one against Canelo. And he had titles in that division.

GGG is a middleweight. Ward is a Supermiddle weight. GGG has zero obligation to fight Ward but he will if Ward comes down halfway. It's a special attraction.

Fighters have come down in weight before ( Judah, Mundine, etc) so why can't Ward.

Let's be honest Ward doesn't want the fight. He's huffing and puffing but at the end of the day he ain't signing no contracts.
and ward has zero obligation to fight ggg fighter have moved up to why can't ggg

No, you're not "sure" of that at all. You're speculating and there shouldn't be a "compromise" with the weight in the first place. If Golovkin is the unbeatable feared monster his team and cult like following claim, he can move up in weight as many other fighters have done multiple times.

Ward is nothing, Golovkin can set himself fighting lemuiex, ko him easily further building the hype, fight andy lee or cotto/canelo

Ward will have to take some risk also and not just expect everything to go his way, but i'm not sure he really cares about these fights(against neither Golovkin or Kovalev), guy has got that Haymon-esque paydays where he can do just fine fighting the smiths of the world.
Ward has a bigger name then both GGG and Lemuiex, how can he be nothing? GGG is the one who has done nothing and he needs a name on his shlt resume. Ward has been inactive lately so why not capitalize on that and catch him at the right time to get that name under your belt?
