If Mayweather chooses Berto, it would almost surpass the bull**** that Manny Pacquiao did when he selected Rios and Algeri. The only thing that would make it worse, would be making Mayweather vs. Berto a PPV event!

People try to push this line, but Pacquiao didn't choose them, he was flat out of opponents because GBP/Haymon had signed the rest of them. He fought whatever was left.

Mayweather has about 5-6 quality opponents to choose from, he has the power to make pretty much any fight he wants.

This is an example how one poster makes another poster look like a complete and utter moron!

Floyd and Pac are no longer in their primes long time ago. What's awful is seeing young fighters in their prime get away with fighting no no dans and Collazo-type opponents. Why aren't they getting the same outrage?

I seriously can't believe some of you on here would actually be down to see a Mayweather Berto matchup. It's a **** fight and everybody knows it is.

I don't believe Mayweather is actually going to fight him. It's just like when Matthew Hatton's name kept popping up a couple of years ago.

It's true that Mayweather doesn't have anything else to prove, but I'd rather he just retire than fight somebody like Berto.
