Thats what everybody thought when Dawson was the Champ, also when Stevenson beat him ppl thought it was a weak division...until they put the cameras there we got Kova, Fonfara, Beterbiev as products. Its actually a good division. Thats all it takes, put a camera on that division and build some fights.
