      I agree !

But the same applies to Golovkin, why should he have to move up to 168 ?

GGG's problem is that he has called out fighters from 168, and a large part of his hype comes from this statement..... " anyone from 154-168 ".

Golovkin has made himself fair game for Ward, in miuch the same way that Cotto has made himself fair game for Golovkin by holding a title.

I know that titles are completely worthless, but I can see Golovkins point.

My issue is that Golovkin has a very underwhelming resume compared to his hype..... the other guys are all established, especially Cotto/Canelo/etc..... so Golovkin seems to be a real diva considering that the others have already paid their dues, and he has not.

Mayweather/Cotto/Canelo/Ward are all waaay ahead of Golovkin career-wise.

You dont think winning a gold medal in a higher weight division was challenging ?

So, winning the Super-6 as an unheralded dark-horse was not challenging ?

Fcuk me, you must be a real hard man.

People always bring up the "anyone from 154-168" against GGG, but didn't Ward say "I'm going to beat the Klitschko's to become Heavyweight champion of the World by the age of 32". Well somebody tell Andre he's running out of time, only 8 more months until his 32nd birthday. LOL, I'm just messing but Ward did say that though.
People seem to get butthurt over the hype GGG gets and it's understandable. I don't like some of the things other GGG fans say, because they're making us all look bad. But it's not GGG's fault some of these fights can't get made. It's also not his fault some of his fans say idiotic things, but again doesn't every fighter have fans like that?

There are big fights at 168. Golovkin. DeGale/Groves winner. Froch if he doesn't retire.

Then he can move to 175 and fight those guys. What is the issue?

Why don't you apply the same standards to both men?
              No, obviously not.

But if Golovkin is prepared to fight Chavez/Froch at 168, and not Ward..... ?

if Golovkin beats Froch, the entire world will require him to fight Ward.

That is the logical progression, and that is absolutely fine.

What if Ward fought at 175, but then refused to fight Kovalev ?

If Gelovkin fights Froch, and then uses network/financial excuses to avoid Ward..... that will be a blatant duck, end of story.

Not in much of a hurry to meet Kovalev huh? 168 is a retirement home.

                  Hahaha
Ward needs GGG not the other way around, keep hating.
                  In what world ?

Ward is an established/proven top fighter..... Golovkin, is not.

Golovkin is desperate for a defining fight..... Ward, is not !

We are not here discussing Wards shht resume, we are discussing Golovkins

ggg is not fighting him, wards 2 million guarantee makes that a certainty. groves/degale winner is unknown in the US. in the uk yea its a good fight but ward doesnt travel. if froch fights again it will be against degale or ggg. stadium fillers. ward is not a stadium filler. wards basically retired.
