Neither guy should fight in a weight class they're uncomfortable in. I know everything on this board has to be "he's a coward" but both sides should shut up about this for now. Ward doesn't want to go to 175, and he shouldn't have to. GGG wants to stay at 160, he's earned the right too.

Now, with catch weight fever taking over boxing lately, if Ward can make 164, maybe he can keep talking....

If Ward wants the fight he can move down to 160. GGG say's I'll fight Mayweather at 154 lets see Ward say I'll go down to 160 and fight GGG. Why does GGG have to move up ? Ward came come down if he wants it. I'm sure if Ward was the PPV draw GGG would move up but when you can't get 50 people to watch you why go up for the fight makes no sense

Degale and a Froch rematch is interesting. After that though he needs to move up. I would pick Kovalev and Stevenson to beat him at this point.

          There is nothing at 168.

He is ducking kovalev and pascal

There's nothing at 168. Go to 175. Your last fight was at the LHW division and your 2 opponents before that were LHWs too, even though they were fought at 168.

all the big fights are at 175. stevenson, pascal, and kovalev. what fights are there at 168? groves/degale winner or maybe badau jack? groves/degale is only big in the uk where ward won't go and badau jack is badau jack. any promoter who picks this guy up must be pulling their hair out(if they have any left) he's impossible to make money off of.

He'll probably drain Kovalev to 168 like he did against Dawson.

This would be the equivalent of ggg cleaning out and unifying all the belts at 160,taking a catch weight near 168 against a c rank fighter and then he moves back into an empty 160 division, instead of challenging himself. If ggg did that,he'd be a bum, coward, cherry picker,p*ssy and he'd be ducking the whole 168 division. But when ward does it,its an intelligent move, because its "good to see champions dominate their division", and there's no way possible that he's avoiding the 175 division, since he'd get ktfo by kovalev or artur. The double standards in this sport are ridiculous.
                  I couldn't agree more.

                    Amazingly, NO !

Fcuk knows why, so dont ask me, and nope, its not right..... but it is what it is.

Nope, Golovkin - despite never winning a meaningful fight - is allowed to do things that other fighters are not.

The difference between Cotto/Golovkin is 7 pounds, and the difference between Ward/Golovkin is 8 pounds..... so the situation is identical..... the only difference being..... Cotto and Ward are proven, Golovkin is not.

                    Fkn absurd !

I am a Ward fan but I have to admit that sometimes he makes it difficult to be one.
