I think he's hoping to reach a new audience on each network who will hopefully follow the show to the next channel. For example, maybe he wants a chunk of the people who watched Thurman on NBC to follow him to ESPN. So maybe if the show would have originally done 3 million viewers on ESPN now he can bring 1 million people from NBC over to ESPN and get 4 million. Next he can put Thurman on CBS and bring another 1 million new fans from ESPN with him and get 5 million viewers. Each time he put a fighter on a different network he is reaching a new auidience.
What would you do to improve the "PBC" series?

No idea where you watch the PBC shows, but Guerrero-Martinez featured at least 6 Gillette razors commercials, and at least another 5 commercials pushing some Honda product.I don't know where you saw those advertisements on a PBC show, but you seem to be the only one. I have seen only one major sponsor and that is Corona. All the other ads I have seen are either promos for upcoming PBC cards or local advertising and the revenue of local ads goes to the local station affiliate, not the network. I have not noticed anyone else posting that they have seen these ads during a PBC show either.
(Apparently you reside in Montreal, so how you can accurately monitor the commercials for a US TV project, when the feed that gets to Canada is likely the purchased international feed, casts even further doubt on your statements so far).
If you want to willfully continue to insist that the project is doing terrible, that's fine. Just don't be shocked when folks stop acknowledging your silly opinion.Comment

What? It's ridiculous? Why would it be ridiculous when you're trying to grow a brand and base? Wouldn't you want great matchups in order to achieve this?Comment
