I want it to succeed because I like seeing boxing in prime time and these afternoon fights are nice. I don't like the format at all or the production. I don't know what's wrong with it exactly but it's not pulling me in like the HBO or Showtime telecasts do. Obviously the matchmaking needs to improve because Robert Guerrero vs Joe Schmo doesn't deserve prime time viewing. What would you do to improve the PBC series?
What would you do to improve the "PBC" series?

I love the time slots and the abundance of boxing, but it's far too much a case of quantity over quality. The problem is Al Haymon. He's a business man, not a boxing guy. If he was a boxing guy he would know how to make a decent matchup. He would care about the integrity of the sport. Clearly he does not. The thing that's truly unfortunate is that he will never agree to work with Top Rank and HBO, which means the "cold war" is going to last a very long time. And yet there are still morons who will support a guy like this. -
1 match making.... Every fight would be a competitve matchup, no more showcase fights.. Ufc does this very well, and pbc needs to follow
2 bring back fighters entrances... Entrances provide a window to a fighters personality, and people can get attached to certain fighters that way...
3 your own pbc belts... Pbc should have started with 4 man tournaments to crown a champ in each division..
4 stick to the classic divisions.. Heavy, cruiser, light heavy, middle, light, feather, bantam
No jr or super classes
5 normalize the schedule to one channel and one night at one time... Bellator grew because it's always on Friday night, wwe has Monday nights, nfl is Sunday... PBC needs one channel, one time on a certain day (Saturday night) and grow off that.. Flip flopping channels, times, days doesn't lend itself to building an audienceComment

Khan algeri = weak matchup but goid fight
Guerrro martinez= weak matchup but good fight
And thats how i have seen it. Other than charlo and molina fight i have enjoyed all fights.
Maybe match makers better than you all think
Doing great for meComment

I would like to see a ring announcer, the fighters should walk out to the ring with their posse, and better commentators. The abundance of networks is great, the fights have been competitive, and the matchups are shaping up great.Comment

1.) Put on competitive fights, fights where you don't know who's going to win until the final bell not before the fighters even step on the podium for the the press conference. WE WANT PICK EM FIGHTS!!
2.) Also as far as production value, don't split the screen while the fight is on going to interview the corner or anybody else cause nobody gives a flying ****, we just want to watch the fight!
3.) Give the option to watch the fight without hearing the commentators, that way we don't have to mute the tv and will still be able to hear the nice hits and crowd noise but without the biased bulli**** opinions of the network commentators.Last edited by Tyler_Durden; 06-09-2015, 06:42 PM.Comment

Nice suggestions but why do you want to add more belts to the mix when there is a ****load as it is? I don't mind it on other networks because they are trying to build up their brand so I understand their strategy. I miss the ring entrances and the ring girls to be honest and I think they need other commentators.1 match making.... Every fight would be a competitve matchup, no more showcase fights..
