Jokes aside, I love ol' Bernie, they shouldn't bring up his past incarceration to belittle his achievements. Regardless of his style, dude has actually done alot for boxing and other fighters. He truly loves the sport.

Hopkins stated something that isn't very well known. Philadelphia is an extremely racist town... From South Philly to the suburbs of Boyertown. I live here... I see it and hear it on the sports talk radio quite often... Tune in to any racially charged conversation i.e. the Shady McCoy vs Chip Kelly situation and they're sure to come out.

The Rocky statue was a movie prop in a pretty famous movie that was donated to the city of Philadelphia. So it wasn't as if the city put a statue up that tax dollars paid for. And from what I understand the statue is a pretty popular tourist attraction. I also bet that most Philly boxing fans find Bhop to be a rather boring fighter, inside the ring, regardless of the color of their skin. Rocky also made into the Hall of Fame before Bhop.
