Pacquaio doesn't watch boxing, your point is moot, end of.Last edited by T18Z; 06-08-2015, 02:41 AM.

Golovkin fans are completely delusional if they think he's anywhere near Cotto in terms of popularity. How much were the tickets for Golovkin's last fight in comparison to Cotto's?
I mean I could go on. The Pacquaio thing was just a throwaway example. And like I said, stars transcend boxing.

Horrible way to begin any form of debate on a topic like this.Last edited by T18Z; 06-08-2015, 02:53 AM.

Good we have GGG right? Amazing fighter and everyone is talking about him. Those GGG threads are everywhere, right and you seem to be one of the biggest supporters even though you try to act like a hater, you're already a believer, you know it already, just takes a little to admit it.
The GGG bandwagon already accepted you, my friend.

Cotto is definitely great and GGG has time to prove if he will be a great.
Cotto is a 4 division champ - fact, though what title did he have at 154? Nobody will remember even who he beat, as it was a bum. Middleweight, Cotto beat Martinez, and most experts do not rate that as high as the fans do.
What I'm getting at, is that most ppl will be remembered by which big fights they were in and WHO they beat.......and its a proven fact that people normally remember the big fights and the other great fighters that a fighter beat.
One fact with Cotto is that whenever he has really stepped up and faced A+ opposition (in their prime), he was KO'd or outpointed. This doesn't mean Cotto isn't a great, his accomplishments at 140-147 for me will be remembered as he was very exciting at the A- level, but not A+.
A- : Trout Loss (Points)
A - : Mosley win
A- : Clottey win (controversial decision)
A+ : Margarito Loss (KO'd)
A+ : Pacquia Loss (KO'd)
A+ : Floyd Mayweather Loss (Points)
