Freddie Roach is a trainer. He is not a promoter, matchmaker, or a manager. His job is preparing his clients for their fights. While I'm sure he is consulted for his opinion, I don't think someone like Arum is going to allow Roach to dictate anything in a fight he promoting. The fighter might, but the trainer won't.

They could have easily made the fight at 147 and it wouldn't have been a problem for anyone, no one would have batted an eye. The only reason they did 150 is because the WBC offered their ****** vacant title (i.e they wanted the money).
