this is a good fight...Chunky is the type of fighter Hop usually struggles with...with Hop being 50 yrs old, it's a testament to his greatness that at that age he can be involved in a 50-50 fight with a young hungry champion....one last dance...win or lose I will be proud and happy....I really want to see my all-time fav fighter make history and accomplish big things but I also don't wanna see him get beat up and become a stepping stone for the new breed

Kovalev didn't really beat him up to where someone should be thinking he's damaged goods. People saying that are only saying that to prevent their favorite fighters from looking bad against the man.. they have fear of that happening.

Hopkins is one of my fave fighters ever. I am genuinely worried for his well being. He is 50, fighting young men in their primes won't end well. I don't want to see BHop damaged.

I didn't. I said I'll believe it when I see it and I was glad I got to see Hopkins get battered for 12 rounds.

I'd love to see DeGale do a number on him too. I just hope Hopkins isn't expecting to get a similar deal to what he got against Kovalev. His stock is not very high at the moment. He has name value and that's about it.
