Not true at all, HBO was already on board to approve Heiland and K9. Geale is the better fight. Canelo is next then possibly GGG whats the complaint?

We have no idea how far talks went with Heiland and K9 or if talks were ever entered into. For all we know, both Heiland and K9 refused Cotto's catchweight terms.

The complaint is that Canelo has no business getting a shot at the MW title and GGG is Cotto's mandatory and has been promoted as such ever since he defeated Rubio and earned the shot by winning the interim belt. Canelo is not a current title holder, has no record at middleweight and is not a ranked middleweight fighter.

by rule. the champion can not weigh in more than the limit of any weight class. cotto can weigh in at 155 and up to 160. anybody can catch weight in any fight as long as you don't exceed the championship weight limit. at the end of the day. cotto is a small jr middleweight fighter.

We had no way of knowing how far along those fights were yes, but what we do know is that Cotto could have signed to fight his shadow and as long as he verbally agreed to fight Canelo next HBO would approve the fight.

Then why are you angry with Cotto? HBO and the WBC are the ones who are putting Canelo in front of GGG, Cotto's just there for the bank account, Better believe if Cotto vs. GGG was as lucrative as Cotto vs. Canelo, Canelo would be the one looking for the big payday.

The stans are on damage control hardcore. All the finger pointing at Canelo doesn't work on real boxing fans(which is few). Cotto is being a ***** with his catch weights just like the other divas.

I agree that Cotto earned it but still he acts like a *****. And yes - all other fighters that demanded their opponent comes in below limit in championship fight acted like *****es.
In fact main guilt is on sanctioning bodies that refuse to enforce their own rules. Cotto says himself that than he will drop the belt but WBC doesn't want him - they want 3% from large paydays.
