                  Its boxing. A side makes the rules, within reason obviously. If boxing ever took on some league format & there were uniform, hard & fast rules, than I'd say 160 it is, but boxing is a moneymakers who put asses in seats make the rules business & Cotto is still one of the biggest moneymakers who puts asses in seats in the sport. Follow his rules or go fight someone else for way less money.

                      If other fighters agree to the catch weight then there should be absolutely no problem.

                      It's alway the other fighters right not to agree or not to take the fight.
