Ever since the 145lb catchweight against Manny, Cotto has been made aware of the catchweight tango and the impact he must feel, it had on HIS career. If boxing ever took on some league format & there were uniform, hard & fast rules, than I'd say 160 it is, but boxing is a moneymakers who put asses in seats make the rules business & Cotto is still one of the biggest moneymakers who puts asses in seats in the sport.
