You gotta love Mancini, he talks like he fought with the heart of an ACE GAME BULLDOG. you can throw out the lion bear tiger wolverine, none have the heart of the ACE BULLDOG.

The only way you are gonna be GGG is take the fight straight to him with enough fire power to put him away.

IF you run you are DEAD

Great fighters take risks. Both may lose something in this fight but this is boxing. Make happen.

He's a well known Froch hater.

Froch takes anything GGG has to offer, smiles at him, and puts a brutal beating on him. He's tailor made for the Cobra.

Not saying he would stop him, but I don't care who you are, taking Golovkin's body shots for 12 rounds is a very tough order. It's these that make him break down his opponents so effectively. We know Froch has an iron chin, but didn't he say during one of the Kessler fights something about the body shots bothering him? Granted no one likes it to the body but people act like GGG would just go head hunting. It would be real interesting to see what happens when Gennady lands that patented left to the body. Same could happen the other way around if Froch lands a good body shot. But I do think some people are overlooking GGG's body work and how much it will have an affect.

the one thing about this fight is hypothetically ggg beats froch in decent fashion then what? he goes back down to 160 and wants to fight guys who are actually light middleweights? I dont know i want to see the fight it just seems like unless ggg is willing to move to 168 it makes no sense. Tho i do think froch ends up winning maybe even dropping ggg i think the size difference will be way more then people anticipate

But fighting great fighters, there is the risk of losing of course, but GGG certainly wont be accused of being overhyped if he could beat the bigger Froch.
Big guys like Froch not only can take bigger punches, they can also hit harder, so GGG would have to overcome those obstacles.

But hes not young anymore himself so he is going to have to challenge himself I guess soon.

No MW of this generation can ever be considered the best simply because the MW division is the weakest in the sport. Also, him beating Froch would be an accomplishment, but nothing to write home about. The guy is 37 hasn't fought in about a year, and is a distant second at his division.
