Don't think there will be one like floyd and manny. Hopefully soon the big fights end up on channels like nbc cbs

Wilder has the fastest path to PPV (might not be the easiest), if he beats Klitscko (Has to get through the Povetkin vs Perez winner). An american Heavyweieght who KO's damn near everybody (he would be the easiest to sell to casual fans).

If I was to make a prediction now, I would say Thurman, GGG potentially or Canelo. I'm just curious.

I don't want to see 'Boxing is dead now'. People have been saying this for hundreds of years and the sport always finds a new guy/new guys.
Canelo or GGG or If Wilder starts knocking out top 10 and other world champions like he did all them bums

Who can Canelo actually beat???...not too many.

            GGG is too old.

Thurman has a shot....so does Spence.

Ann Wolfe has a kid named Terrell Mazion that is an outright beast...it could be him.

The next star will likely come from the red hot WW or Jr MW divisions.

              Canelo is not good enough

GGG is not young enough...or good enough...He's starting to slip already.

Guys like Floyd and Manny were already HOF locks before they were ppv megastars...I don't think we should be looking at the prospects and green fighters, rather the KO artists in their mid twenties with some decent scalps and maybe a loss or two.

It's not simply a matter of someone beating May or Pac to pass the torch but that someone has to be gravitational. JMM already knocked out Pacman but his next PPV against Bradley (who also "beat" pac) pulled around 400k PPV buys. Like it or not it will have to be someone like Canelo, GGG, or Thurman to beat them in order to create that next big draw. I can actually see Canelo beating Pac, but to be honest all this talk about making every upcoming name fight Pac and Mayweather regardless of weight class is pretty annoying. If someone like Wilder could cut down to middle weight, people would expect him to fight Mayweather.

Deontay Wilder. Look at the numbers he did VS Stiverne when Stiverne was practically a complete unknown to the US public.
