Call it an accomplishment or not, I really really enjoyed Canelo Kirkland, every minute of it was better than MayPac.

Regarding Ishida, when guys like Bob Arum can't sell 2 time Olympic gold medalists like Guillermo Rigo to the American audience, you really expect promoters/HBO/Sho to be able to sell Ishida who is Japanese & can't speak English to save his life? Had Ishida been a non English speaking Mexican..things might have worked out for him/his career...it's a business after all.

I enjoyed the canelo-kirkland fight. I also enjoyed the floyd-pac fight as well. Wasn't floyds fault (the defense guy) that pacquiao ( the offense guy) didn't do anything but land what 80 punches something like that.

imo arum mad he beat his "cash cow" donaire and made him look like an amateur. Rigo's people doesn't help matters either.

If there is no possibility of a Mayweather/Pacquiao 2 in September, I think Nelo will actually go through with a fight September 12th.

HBO ratings have been kicking but lately and don't think they'll mind competing with Showtime that night.
