The real question is why his camp checked 'no' on the disclosure. Either they made a terrible mistake to not follow the rules or they were trying not to give information to the other side. I'm not sure there's a middle ground."

Tygart said his agency, which was hired by promoters to oversee drug testing for the bout, was contacted April 7 asking about the use of various substances and whether they were allowed under anti-doping rules. He said there was another call 10 days later asking about using a different substance, again for what the USADA was told was an unspecified shoulder problem.

Manny’s advisors notified the United States Anti-Doping Agency (“USADA”) of the shoulder injury and the treatments being proposed by the doctors during training and on fight night. USADA spoke to Manny’s doctors twice, investigated, and confirmed in writing that the proposed treatments, if used, were completely allowed. The medication approved for fight night was a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (Toradol).

They should put a USADA in cities instead of hospitals so people can get their injuries taken care of.

This saga is not going to end well for Pacquiao, Roach, or Arum. People seem to forget Arum once bribed the sanctioning bodies for his fighters.

Yeah man -- they changed their story for the sake of lawsuits but then...whats with this Toradol request? Why the lies? I sure hope Manny's not gonna have to speak and answer questions during the hearing. Talk about disaster.

So we are both in this thread. We have that cleared and we can at least agree on that.

I don't think they were expecting this type of backlash. When Lampley turned on Pacquiao I knew it was bad

Like Tygart said they were told of an unspecified shoulder injury and asked about drugs. USADA had no proof he was injured.

They will verify (investigate) that its all on the up and up. That is, if someone says that they need a drug that is listed as banned or perhaps used to mask a banned substance, they will check it up with the doctor/clinic/hospital that prescribed the drug to them.

ADOP2 are you ******ed or did you just read this too fast? read what you highlighted again.

It's saying they confirmed the proposed treatments were allowed, not that there was an injury.

                  Please, read things more carefully.

How old was he? Were any of them nearly as skilled as Floyd? Injury and winning is doable against a lesser opponent When your opponent is at least as good as you (and bigger than you) an injury can very well turn the tables
