They did try to get the treatments cleared because Toradol, in addition to being an anti inflammatory, is also used as a PED. Had Manny not gotten clearance from USADA to use it, he may have tested positive.

USADA verified Manny's team asked about treatments for a shoulder, but got no MRI's or any documents confirming the injury. This is why I and others think they are lying to USADA about the shoulder really being hurt.

They wanted to use Toradol for other reasons.
