That's how great Floyd is. Canelo dominated Kirkland but was dominated vs Floyd. Kirkland was no pushover and was dominated. Only shows Floyd greatness. Don't have to like him but you have to respect him. That simple. I'm glad Kirkland didn't blame his should after lol

I didn't say you did, but you ignoring the fact that Cotto has had no significant wins in the past several years speaks volumes. How exactly do you manage to bash a Kirkland win but turn a Blind eye when I mention Delvin? I suppose Delvin is a better win in your eyes, right? I mean.. If it isn't and we both agree Kirkland was a better win wouldn't that be further backing up my point that Cotto has had zero impactful victories since the late 2000's? Lara, Trout and Kirkland piss all over Cotto's resume in the past 5 years, agreed?

It's too bad a lot of you guys underrate what Canelo just did, as if it's that easy. Most fighters fold under pressure, they don't have the D to keep a guy off and counter with harder shots, they will instead tie up, push off, look to the ref, do anything to create space - they might find a way to win, but few fighters have what it takes to end a fight like that. Canelo blocked, set him up and answered with hard shots. Good performance - his offense looks truly class when somebody wants to step to him.

Shut up. I just showed you I didn't give him credit after you said I did. Cotto has no significant wins yet he just moved up in weight, first PR champ in 4 different divisions and it wasn't significant because... Sergio was injured? We knew that before unlike Manny, he was a still a 3 to 1 underdog. Look at my post that I quoted, read it again and again and again if you have to. They did what they were supposed to against weaker competition. The only hater is you, good luck with seeing Canelo look foolish for 12 rounds again.

It's so hard a guy with 11 losses and 7 KO wins did it first.

What a fight!! Kellerman was right on the money when he said " If the fight last week put you to sleep, this is a fight where someone's going to sleep".

Kirkland has serious heart. The shots he took in Rd1 & 2 would have stopped most fighters on the spot. At the same time the difference in skill level was clear.

Aside from heart, Kirkland has absolutely ZERO DEFENCE plus no head movement, literally a walking punching bag. His only shot of winning was to KO Caenlo. Kirkland being a heavy-handed southpaw he had a punchers chance I guess, but that in itself was going to be extremely difficult, highly unlikely, and borderline impossible.

and What a KO by Canelo! WOW. The uppercut and right hand were DEVASTATING. BRUTAL KO!! The way Kirkland's body dropped was scary. Hope he's ok.

....this is my fault, I overvalue the intelligence of the common nsb'er. Do forgive me, Canelo didn't do anything impressive in that fight. Floyd didn't do anything impressive versus Manny last week, he just ran from a guy Marquez knocked out. But that Cotto, now that's a warrior who fights the healthy and undeterred

"shut up" did not answer anything. One title win over Sergio doesn't overshadow all the bullcrap you Cotto fans have had to defend and endure since the late 2000's. It's all good, I'd rather watch my face first brawling bum get schooled over 12 rounds against the top fighter in the sport, than defend him for beating up handicapped opponents and dragging down middleweights at a catch weight just to try to get an edge. best of luck to Cotto, I hope he can get past a weight drained opponent
