Its going to be Garcia, nice easy opponent for Floyd, which Sr wants, or solid, as Floyd would put it.

Somehow, somehow, Garcia is still undefeated, so will look nice on Floyd record and built up as two undefeated champions.... someones 0 got to go, blah, blah, blah..

might look good on Mayweather Resume(not that he would care) if he fights and beat Thurma.Thurman then goes on to be one of the best p4p fighter after, his only lost being floyd.. much like Canelo

I'd like it to be Thurman or Brook. I think it will be Khan though.

Floyd says he's choosing his next opponent, so it's unlikely to be Thurman. I expect Garcia.

I agree and it makes very good business sense. He is currently undefeated and has a loyal following. Moreover, if I was Al Haymon and Angel Garcia I would want to cash Danny Garcia out as soon as possible for a career best payday against Floyd Money Mayweather before he retires, while he is still marketable and his demand is at an all high because let's face it; If he does decide to move up to 147 after Mayweather retires, then he is going to have a very short shelf life there. Not only will his stock drop considerably but his undefeated record will go and so will his marketability along with it. The welterweight division is so competitive and loaded with talent at the moment with guys such as: Thurman, Brook, Porter, Khan, Berto, Maidana, Broner, Guerrero, Alexander, Bradley, Rios etc; Who are all naturally longer, wider and stronger than the opponents he have been accustomed to challenging at catch weights and at 140 lbs that he could be easily lost in the mix unless he can win a title belt there.

I hate to say this but out of Garcia, Thurman and Khan, I think Khan would be the most entretaining. Thurman punches because he commits on every punch and Floyd would have an easy night. Garcia hasn't look good in a while. I'm not saying he has a good chance at beating Mayweather but I think he would make an easy fight to watch.

This. Thurman is still in the building-up stage. He's probably 2-3 fights away from a Floyd fight: Brook/Porter/Khan. There's no "best" option at this point for Floyd, just some decent options. I think it'll be Garcia or Brook next.

Keith is too high of a risk for almost no reward. At least as far as a farewell fight goes. Danny or Cotto most likely.

I dont think Haymon puts Garcia in there with Mayweather. He'd get destroyed and he could use Garcia to headline a PBC card.

Brook is interesting and a chance to become an undisputed champ if he decides to keep the other 3 belts.
