Golovkin didn't earn a law degree and win Ward's court cases for him, and he didn't become a promoter and buy out Ward's contract. Clear duck IMO.

The catchweight is irrelevant. It's not a championship fight from what I understand so he doesn't need to make weight.

He'll make 168 when he has to

Beterbievs pressure would fall right into Wards style. Fyi Wards an INSIDE fighter

            Ward won't go to 175...

Stevenson and kovolev both got him shook...

Ward-kovolev should be an extremely easy fight to make on hbo, but ward don't want none..
I have supported ward during his injuries and legal battles, but the dude is a joke at this point..

Remember when ward complained and went to court trying to break ties from goossen, claiming he wasn't being promoted properly.. Lmao ward is an idiot... Goossen had him undefeated, undisputed champ, super 6 winner, plenty of TV exposure, and a nice hbo contract and announcing gig... Where the hell is ward now with his career since leaving goossen.. Fighting a bum at a catchweight on BET....

Lmao. Ward is an idiot and has virtually ruined his standing in the sport

if he moves up to 175 nobody will say he is afraid of GGG because ward would be entering KOvalev's territory, a much more difficult opponent than GGG

Golovkin was 173 pound in the ring against Rubio so he isn't that far from 168 or 172, especially from 168.
People always use the Rubio fight to make claims regarding GGG's ring weight. His usual ring weight is around 165-167. The only reason he went up to 173 against Rubio was because Rubio did not make weight and came in at over 180. So to even things out a bit, GGG went up as much as he could to even things out. That was the only fight where he was over 170 as far as I am aware.

People really need to move on to other things instead of the same old chestnut over and over again. It's as bad as the YouTube video that people try to use to claim GGG said he was not ready for Ward, when it was actually one line out of a longer interview taken well out of context.

If he moves up, Golovkin fans will relax their anuses in relief that he'll never fight their man.

That's what the whole campaign to get him to move up is about.

maybe, but still, how can anyone call ward a coward if he moves to 175 where kovalev is? i don't mention adonis because he is with haymon. i get your point though
