Hope the referee stops it.
Comments Thread For: Jennings Concerned About Klitschko's Constant Holding

Very smart on Jennings part- make your arguement days before the fight so it's out there and the ref will be briefed - do it the same day as the fight and it gets lost in translation - being a red is not an easy job - you have to be strong and in good shape. You go over the fight in your head and it's different scenarios - so now the red can add this complaint to his preperation to be on the lookout and what his tolerance level will be....Comment

everybody telling Jennings to worry about other things and that he's lost mentally already....well i think ya'll are right.........if jennings goes out there and loses in less than 5/6 rounds i'd be more disappointed than algieri's awful performanceComment

Why shouldn't Jennings speak up? He needs every edge he can get. If Wlad is not holding because the ref is keen to Jennings' protest, then that's one less thing that Bryant has to content with. I applaud Team Jennings for this; he needs a level playing field.
you've got more important things to worry about, brian. first is the 6'6" 250 lb guy nailing you with those big handed jabs from half way across the ring. next is the biggest right hand in boxing. then it's the left hook, which can end fights.
then you've got to worry about getting held. your feet are fast enough that it shouldnt be a huge issue.Comment

Don't let him. You should have spent your training camp preparing for his holding and how to prevent it.
It doesn't make Wlad's cheating okay, but it's not like it's unpreventable.Comment
