If the dollar is low enough, then such guys as Andrey Ryabinskiy can be involved (just a thought - maybe, oppositely, he needs a stronger doller - it all depends on the intrinsic structure of his investments). If the moment is right, and with the help of some government-supported companies they can bring an overwhelming offer to the table, maybe even overpaying way too much - like it was a case in Klitschko vs. Povetkin. The thing here is to build-up a corresponding political notion and tension over the fight. And if it's done then I wouldn't be surprised if extra 30-50 mlns. will suddenly appear to back Duva's position up.
The only problem here is that they'll ask to make it in Moscow. Which is okay, because infrastructure and entourage is getting better and better here with each single show.
