Cintron is a joke,Cotto would KO him, Cotto would be able to KO Spinks and prolly outbox Margarito.

Yea i got mixed up,i was jus trying to prove a point. And That Cotto weighed 145 proves that Cotto would have no trouble at all making 147. Cotto will be unstoppable at 147.

Then there is Hatton who is moving up. Former 140 pounder, Cotto would also better off fighting him at 147.

Cotto would be able to take both of their shots better at 147, and will beat them a lot easier at 147.

Then there is Gatti- A former lightweight who Cotto would also better off fighting at 147.

Then there is Baldomir- I dont think Cotto would have any trouble beating this guy.

Judah- A former 140 pounder w/ a glass jaw, Cotto could take him.

The only guy that is really bigger than Cotto is Antonio Margarito. That would be an interseting fight, but i think Cotto's power and better overall skills would make him come out on top.

I think Judah might flatten him with one of those counter left uppercuts. He may a bit too fast for Cotto.

WTF?? this forum is getting like the Hatton one, all but hate to Cotto, bro's let the man prove himself, he's got all but 26 fights, he's only 26 and still learning, nobody was demanding so much off Hatton and May when they had ****ing 26 fighhts, Hatton has 40 fights and just started stepping up in his 39th and after that went right back to fight bums, May is another story, but when he had 26 fights he didnt step it up as much as people wanted from him either, so stop all the hate and let Cotto prove himself whenever he's ready for it, whether it be at 140 or 147. People keep demanding a lot of **** from him, but he's been in the sport, professionaly, for about 5 years, and is already mentioned with the likes of Hatton and May, that must mean something.

A lot of fighters look more solid and take a better punch when they jump up a class. I think Cotto's big success will come at 147. He'll be more comfortable with the weight, his balance will be better, and I believe his handspeed will show more.

Don't worry guys, he will kill Pauli on June and then if Castillo beats Corrales again, we will have Cotto-Castillo in September, that should be Cotto last fight at 140...
