Just rewatched Matthysse Garcia
Sorry to bring this up again but I had to address the facts.
Just finished watching it and I scored it 114-112 Garcia the exact same as two of the official scorecards. 6 rounds to 5 with the knockdown and low blow making the difference to the overall card.
Matthysse got off to a good start and I had it 4-2 after 6 rounds like the official scorecards. Lucas was starting to figure out Garcia around round 5 and 6 and after the eye injury Danny started taking control but Lucas still won a few rounds. Garcia did what all good champions do and took advantage by throwing left hooks at Lucas' blind side (right eye). However without the controversial knockdown, Matthysse wins 114-113. So close yet so far, fight was a lot closer than certain people make out.
Tony Weeks inability to see all the low blows by Danny Garcia, rabbit punches by Matthysse and the back of the head punch and knockdown while Matthysse was behind the ropes was ridiculous. Also Matthysse's corner pissed me off, no enswell(metal tool for swelling) in a world title fight is bloody ridiculous; they were using their ****ing fingers to reduce swelling.

P.S I'm not taking anything away from Garcia, he just did what he had to do to win, it's not his job to referee the fight even if Tony Weeks was incompetent.
