I'm a big fan of Brook and would like to see him defend title a few times but keep him away from Thurman this man is the future of welterweight he will rule the division for years to come until he steps up IN weight - anyone else I give Kell a good chance and he would destroy Khan in 6 rounds.

I think it is a case of where both guy's teams don't want to make the fight. The reward versus the risk is'nt big enough in their eyes at least not yet. I believe both fighters think they are the best welterweight in the world and would fight in a heartbeat if given the opportunity, but I just don't see their teams making it happen.

Plenty of reasons why Brook vs Thurman can get made easily by and a huge attraction to Haymon. It's a title fight. It involves a UK champion. Undefeated vs Undefeated. And Thurman has ran out of Bundus, Karasses... I don't see Haymon giving Thurman Berto.

That's why this fight is there for Brook to take if he wants it.

First off Jo Jo was his mandatory and second Kell was coming off a gruesome injury. Kell should be praised for fighting his mandatory. You seem to be a Thurman fan as I am, but if people actually fought their mandatories Keith would'nt of had to wait this long to get in the spotlight. Jo Jo earned his spot and Kell gave him his shot. Good on Kell. That is the way it is supposed to work.

Give him Berto. Or Soto Karass. Or just sign up with Haymon, who will make his zero last for as long as he wants.

Or take a long vacation and just wait for Khan. Anything that would prevent losing his zero.

The Khan fight is no longer an attractive option for Brook. It's a huge money fight ONLY if he wins. Khan is just like any other fight for him now.
