ODLH is getting kinda sue-happy lately .....

BTW: ODLH can "CLAIM" whatever he wants ... Its what you can prove that matters in court.

Seems suspect for Gonzalez to just be all good with the situation when he presumably knew what his contract stipulated.

I would have filed this before the fight too if I was Oscar.

Was he supposed to learn 'unity' from arum, Oscar, or don king. This sport has always been 'i gotta get mine' where was unity then? This is business and always have been, don't cry because someone came and outsmarted the other players.

Dibella, Warriors, and Goosen are becoming more like employees of Haymon than anything else. Haymon pays them a flat fee to promote his PBC events, and that way the only revenue that must be disclosed to the fighters under the Ali Act is the fee the "house promoter" got paid. The fighters will never know how much ad revenue or ultimately tv rights fees are being collected by good ol' Uncle Al........

                "Is this the contract?"

                "Yes."

"Is this your signature mr. Gonzalez?"

                "Yes."

                Case closed. Not that difficult.

                  Yes, lets hope boxing fails.

Less fights and let the fans pay more. Thats what we want.

Get Al out of there. Boxing never had issues before.

Don't know why these people sign up with a promoter, then dishonor their contract and signature. All they have to do is accomplish the duration, then switch to another upon its completion. Did these people go to school or what?

1 million and enforce the contract.
