Yeah this. I think people are skimming the article and not really reading it. The Showtime release makes it clear that their series is completely about Floyd's camp and his perspective leading up to the fight.

I think they could of brought in a ton of viewers for the fight if they held it off of Showtime, but paying air time for a 4-part series on May-Pac would probably be expensive for any channel.

yep showtime cameras won't be in manny camp and hbo cameras won't be in floyd camp.

Yep Showtime's doing an epilogue. As for HBO & Pacquiao, not sure. Showtime has always (well save the Broner/Maidana fight lol) done an epilogue, but HBO has not.

hbo budget cutting...u getting 1 hour on pac from them thats all...he is not the meal ticket he once was after 2 asia fights and 2 losses with one being a brutal ko loss..hbo depenind on sho to rake in the money with floyd its fine..

i knew they would do this and i think hbo is doing a show or 2 of 24 7 but man i was really hoping for an old fashioned faceoff type show maybe its still in the works but i doubt it
