Sell itself? dude he needs to bring that heat thats what we been craving, talk **** to Pac, why stop now?

we want to be entertained, talk that mess he talked to Oscar, talk about Pac being a bum and easy work, fans want this, it will get even more ppv buys, a real business man doesn't just stop and let something sell its self, he squeezes out any extra he can get.

    MAXIMIZE PROFIT!!!!

Casuals love it, ones who were on the boarder and not willing to spend 100 dollars, they need you to make them sell it, and everyone needs that good vs bad aspect. 100 ***ing dollars you gotta get casuals to tune in someone who never watched boxing before, Floyd better bring it.
That's what he said and its not like floyd always trash talk his opponent.

You don't always need the good vs bad aspect. floyd didn't trash talk cotto and that fight did 1.5 mill.

He knew when to put on a show and when to pull back. He doesn't need to be outrageous or ostentatious to sell the Pacquiao fight. Interest is so high, it's selling by itself.

So he speaks softly, insightfully, and there is little of the braggadocio fans have come to associate with him. When he's needed to craft his persona, he was never afraid to take a risk and change something that was going well. He was asked why he hasn't been flashing wads of cash or gaudy ***elry as he promotes the fight.

He grins, wanly, as he answers slowly and deliberately.

"I don't have to do that," he says. "It's about maturity. It's about growth. I don't have to do that. Everyone knows I've built an empire by communicating in a certain way. There were power moves. There were business moves. The business moves, as far as talking and communicating on camera, doing what I have to do, being flashy and flamboyant, I [did those when necessary and] I got to where I am. So I did my job.

"I gave you the 'Pretty Boy' Floyd persona and then I came back and gave you the 'Money May' persona. I built an empire. I built a strong team. Now I can sit back and say I've done my job. I've got fans from [appearing on] 'Dancing with the Stars.' I've got fans from the WWE. Fans from all walks of life. Put them all together and I have all these fans. And here I am."

      BOOOOOOOOO

We want confrontation, he talked big about Pac for years insulting him, making fun of his KO, saying he was nobody a washed up has been, he did it for the Oscar fight now he wants to change it up.

Booooooo, everyone wanted to see how Pac would handle someone getting in his face and insulting him. At least if the fight turned out to be a let down with a points win by Floyd with little action we could have at least had a huge build up to enjoy with Roach and Floyd sr going at it and Floyd making fun of Pac.

I hope he starts talking smack on All Access. Say some real trash talk, Ali never stopped talking, Floyd stopping talking doesn't seem right like just strange.

Its not really strange because floyd doesn't always trash talk. he didn't do it to cotto and that was a good fight.

Yea he will say there is no blueprint to beat me and 47 have tried and 47 have failed......lol like always

It is very strange because he talked so much **** about Pacquiao but now when he meets him face to face he is nothing but praises.

Boooo what a let down, everyone was hyped about the presser and no trash talk, not even Floyd sr was allowed on the mic.

I hope Floyd talks that mess again, he went hard at Pac for years. dissing his money, dissing his credibility, etc, he needs to bring this and call Pac...Poochiao again.

The promotion for this fight is complete garbage....thanks to yours truly Floyd Money Mayweather

Wasted opportunity to announce fight Superbowl/ All star weekend

Only 2 press conferences.....with no fans allowed which made the whole thing awkward and un-eventful

Floyd wants to all of sudden play the the humble guy...when he been one of the main guys talking shlt about Manny these past 6 years

The All access sucks.....only showing one guy at a time

I understand the fight will sell itself but this is just lazy and lame.....

Funny thing to me is how Floyd downplays Manny so much like he is the A-side and Manny is the D-side.....but chooses to rely on the "Floyd vs Manny" name to promote the fight.....

Like I said I doubt it, it was reported by dan rafael in his chat that floyd jr didn't let his father speak at the press conference.

I think it should be more concerning for pacquiao fans, that the mayweather camp hasn't said a word, basically...maybe it's just me.

HBO will be doing their own series on the Pacquiao camp. The Showtime series will be from the Floyd perspective & camp.
