He never said that in the video stop talking out your ass.

I think Cotto was putting things into perspective actually. There is some validity to Cotto talking about the importance of opposition with regard to GGG.

I sensed zero fear from Cotto when he mentioned GGG and the hype surrounding GGG. I sincerely believe Cotto does not buy the hype. I did sense a businessman thinking in terms of $$$ and at this stage in his career, there is no shame in the cash out sweepstakes.

The only problem would be you hating for no reason. Your answer is basically saying I know what your thinking, when I don't... Cotto's first option for the belt wasn't Heiland or K9 it was Floyd. His backup was Canelo, they didn't work out so now he's looking at some other options, so yeah, I don't see a problem. Never said they were good fights, but it's the best option he has.

True. They mentioned GGG in a certain light, and Cotto was simply letting them know his view on GGG and his resume. Done in a very matter of fact way and providing perspective from an actual fighter.

          Canelo gonna get it next.

Cotto is not the central issue the fact that he is the lineal MW champion is. The status needs to be defended against worthy challengers who fans want to see or be vacated in a timely manner. If not this becomes less of a sport and more a business/entertainment venture.

His resume is a non-issue and up to subjective opinion what is not is that he is the highest regarded MW in the world and most deserving for a shot at the lineal championship, there is no argument against it.

again stop talking out your ass... he was asked which is the more attractive (lucrative) fight... he said canelo.

nothing compared to what your trying to make it sound like.

again, I will be doing a translation in a bit.

Boxing is like every other sport in America, money comes first. If no one was getting paid, no one would be killing themselves to play in the NFL. The money in every sport, is more important than the actual game and boxing is no different. If Cotto beats his voluntary the WBC isn't going to make him fight GGG if a Canelo or Floyd fight is an option. Everyone will make more money than they would if Cotto were to face GGG at any point, he's still unknown. The WBC will just give Cotto another voluntary for more money. That's the reality of boxing.

Perhaps, but for Cotto, there are still some questions about GGG. Can't fault Cotto for providing HIS opinion on GGG. There is some truth to what Cotto mentioned about GGG's opponents. I guess Cotto is harder to impress than most fans.
