Yes he did offer Manny a $40 mil flat no upside. If Manny would have accepted it he would have been the laughing stock in boxing world.

There are half ass offer, and there are whole hearted offer. This offer that they negotiated is well above what was Floyd's initial offer of $40 mil.

You're right, he want to control almost everything and he got them. If Manny and company played hard ball we won't be seeing this fight made. I truly believe that Manny and co. really wanted this fight and now they have to win this fight and give Floyd the medicine of his own on the rematch negotiations.

Dude, go watch mayweathers interview with bob costas where mayweather himself explained the whole situation, and his own words were that he was not willing to give Manny any pay per view whatsoever, it was strictly a 40 million flat offer. Get your facts straight because it is so easy to find

Also in the same interview he said Manny countered with a 50/50 offer and even sent kontz to negotiate but that he was not willing to give up any ppv at all. This all came from mayweathers own mouth to bob costas and the video is on YouTube. With that being said, who was being more fair in that situation? This was before mannys losses and he was number 1 p4p. Manny lost 2 times since and will make double what mayweather offered. Its ok to admit when your wrong

I saw the interview my man. He stated, he keeps all the PPV money. I remember that, but that does not mean he is not the one to disburse the money at the end of the night or next day or when ever all the money from PPV comes in. I mean seriously. He stated he keeps all PPV, which does not mean he does not disburse the money when it all comes down to it. I mean Maidana got paid off PPV. I dont believe everything I hear just to fit an agenda, so i find it extremely implausible that Manny would not get PPV if Canelo, Cotto, and maidana all got some. But whatever.
