This is what I was trying to say to Dirk regarding his thread about why GGG won't fight him. It's obvious Haymon fighters are all being featured in his PBC boxing which doesn't include HBO obviously. These guys (Lara, Quillin, Jacobs) just aren't options.

The hate for Lara though is ridiculous especially coming from GGG & Canelo fans the guy is willing and wants to face all the top guys knowing he's won't be given the benefit of a doubt. how many champions has he faced? , They both have full HBO support and Canelo settled for a inactive out of shape Kirkland and GGG is facing Monroe who hasn't accomplished anything significant and was a 8 round fighter a 1 1/2 ago.

As for HBO fighters having to settle for lesser talented opponents, if you haven't noticed HBO boxing is under attack with a hostile takeover as Haymon's making a monopoly with his investor's money. The point of Haymon over spending is to choke out the competition like HBO. From a business POV - it's unlikely those guys would be willing to play ball together right now.

It's extremely clear at this point Al Haymon fighters are doing their own thing with the PBC stuff, and that's cool. Golovkin is on HBO and that's cool. That's all there is to it. No one is avoiding Lara.
