This is what I was trying to say to Dirk regarding his thread about why GGG won't fight him. It's obvious Haymon fighters are all being featured in his PBC boxing which doesn't include HBO obviously. These guys (Lara, Quillin, Jacobs) just aren't options.

Agree. Against Trout he put on a spectacular performance too.

Part of the reason why the canelo fight stunk so much is because canelo has no clue on how to cut off the ring on an opponent like that, so lara just stayed comfortable on the outside. But that doesn't mean he can't put exciting performances when he needs to (his fights against Williams, Angulo and Trout prove this).

Not sure what you mean by "spectacular performance", he won a clear decision, but that fight was far from exciting, thank God for Porter vs Alexander because I was about to fall asleep after watching that fight. That fight stunk just as much as Canelo vs Lara if not more.

It was a terrible fight. His only good ones are vs p will and Angulo. After the Angulo fight he realized he doesn't like being hit and now he's unwatchable. Shame because that punisher fight was amazing

The hate for Lara though is ridiculous especially coming from GGG & Canelo fans the guy is willing and wants to face all the top guys knowing he's won't be given the benefit of a doubt. how many champions has he faced? , They both have full HBO support and Canelo settled for a inactive out of shape Kirkland and GGG is facing Monroe who hasn't accomplished anything significant and was a 8 round fighter a 1 1/2 ago.
