How thick is the skull of Cotto fans that they cannot understand that WARD does NOT hold a middleweight title while Cotto does? There is no reason at all for GGG to move up to fight Ward. Ward offers nothing, he is not even close to a PPV attraction. If Ward was to drop down and win a middleweight title, I am sure that GGG would love to fight him for it. Cotto doesn't want to fight a bigger man? Well guess what? EVERYONE in the middleweight division is a BIGGER MAN than Cotto. So what is his alternative? That's right, he should VACATE THE TITLE that he does not have the balls to defend.

Even if they did fight, it would be around 157 catch weight and if Cotto were to win, the excuses will pour in with weight. Being the middle weight champ isn't saying much because the middle weight div is trash. Move up and become a champ, that would be more impressive.
