You GGG fans will be following us into every other Cotto thread once Cotto vacates the MW belt and there is no one with a name for GGG to fight. GGG will become irrelevant once the well of subpar fighters runs dry at MW. The truth is that to no fault of his own GGG is in a ****ie division and once Cotto's out of the picture your boy will be FORCED to move up. I believe GGG is a good fighter but nothing more atleast not yet, he does have a lot of potential but he's already in his thirties.

Without GGG, there will be no Cotto threads to bother reading because he will be sitting on the Roc Nation bench with Ward watching the boxing world pass him by because he is now priced out of the market.

The sooner Cotto goes back where he belongs, the better the MW division will be. He is not needed there as he doesn't fight middleweights and he is not wanted there. Let him go back to Jr. MW or WW and see if he can find any opponents worthy of the price tag he now carries on his back. Not many fighters out there who will be willing to take a million bucks to fight Cotto who will make over 16 million for the fight. That's not being the B side, it's being the Z side. I wish him luck with that. But as long as he VACATES THE TITLE, I don't give a damn what he does.

I agree, Sergio Martinez was fine, running across the ring. He just beat one of the top P4P fighters with eases. He made his mark at 160 against a healthy Martinez with zero knee problems. But when he finds out he has to fight GGG(his mandatory), now he wants to run back to 154 like he doesn't belong at 160 wit such a dominant performance against a top P4P fighter.

If Cotto doesn't fight GGG, he's a duck. He's not a champion and should kneel before GGG like he has knee problems, and accept that GGG is the better man. Cotto is just wasting everyones time. It's better for boxing, GGG will fight anyone at 160 if he's champion. Not this BS Cotto is doing.

Cotto V GGG is NOT a competitive fight in your eyes. So now, WHY are you so bent on shiny belts as opposed to wanting to see your idol GGG, actually fight someone HIS size? Maybe stop masquerading as a MW an fight Ward?

Secondly Golovkin isn't my idol. I have been called a "hater" of Golovkin by similarly slow minded and feminine fanboys like you from the Golovkin side.

I don't care what Golovkin or Cotto do. It's just obvious why Golovkin and his people want the Cotto fight and it's got nothing to do with becoming a "legend" for beating him which you desperately keep trying to project. It's about stepping on Cotto to get to the next level in terms of becoming a star.

You can continue to ignore that part of boxing but it exists. Cotto wouldn't be where he is without it.

Sorry man, Cotto has no idea as to who you are, or what you even think. Maybe shoot him an email as to what you think he should do about the belt situation. I am sure Cotto will take your advice.

Unfortunately for Cotto, he holds the WBC belt and he only has one voluntary defense of it. After that, he defends against GGG or vacates. And his problem is that WBC want GGG as their champion, not Cotto because GGG is a fighting champion and will bring in much more money in sanctioning fees than just about any other boxer out there. WBC have been promoting GGG non-stop for almost a year now, and I have never seen them promote Cotto at all since he won the title.

Face it, no one wants Cotto holding the WBC title, not even the WBC itself. It's an embarrassment.

By the way... Cotto is making $50 million over his next three fights no matter who he fights. Guaranteed by Roc Nation. So he can fight Bradley or he can be a man and fight GGG. His payday will be the same either way.
