No it's not. Cotto always said he would go to Vegas for more money, Canelo still said 50/50. Then May/Pac became an issue, June made all the sense for Cotto/Canelo and instead, literally in one week Canelo is set to fight a bum in Vegas, on May 2nd lol. I don't see where the Cotto ducking Canelo is coming from. Cotto definitely had a chance in the Mayweather sweepstakes with his middleweight belt as bait, why wouldn't he wait until it was announce who May would fight? To me the Canelo fighting Kirkland was a power move gone wrong by Canelo's people.Comment
