Floyd made them look foolish, it was unreal what he did in their. Surely a 22 yr old Canelo would destroy Genero Hernandez from a lower weight class. To me, Canelo is Floyd's most credible foe.
Alfonso Gomez made canelo look foolish for a few rounds. Somehow you've managed to upstage the big Dunn for the ****rider title.

    Haha@bolded.

Your right Gomez did make a younger Canelo look foolish. But he didnt walk Canelo down and put on the razzle and dazzle that Floyd did. No fighter did, nor could.

Oh he'd run that era with ease.

I would have loved to have seen him in Castillo's era.

Jose Luis Ramirez-Jose Luis Castillo what a fight that would have been.

Ramirez vs Corrales, Casamayor, Johnston, Freitas, Spadafora, all would have been great. I'd pick Ramirez to win all of those except Castillo which would be a barnstormer.

Ramirez was known for his heart and warrior instinct. But his boxing skills and defense were also fantastic.

Against Arguello, he not only outboxed him, made him miss with relative ease but dropped him with a single shot, beautifully timed counter punch.

Arguello is my favourite fighter of all time, I'm biased towards him, but when I watched that fight as it happened I gave it Ramirez and have done everytime since.

Hell I think Pacman would beat DF outta some of the past ATG's as well. Im not going to lie about how good they were just because they fought in the past. I think Floyd humiliates every fighter in history except Pac and Pryor, and I think Pac beats df out of allot of guys.

I respectfully disagree. Whitaker got beat up by everyone and didnt train. He got hit by all caliber of opponents, and didnt dedicate himself. He wanted to make you miss and showboat.

Floyd dont do that mess. He is their to play no games.

The Version of Whitaker that fought Hurtado and Riveria (comparable to today's Mayweather) would do that to Ortiz.

I would give the shot to **** version that fought Tito a good chance to stop Ortiz.
