When you need to attach useless stats to your Man Crush's resume - stats like: Defeated more World Champions than any one else; Beat more top 10 P4P Opponents than anyone else and has the highest Win/Lose Round Ratio than anyone in history - you know you're dealing with a fanboy simpleton.

Names and how/when they beat them. THAT'S all you need.

      Relatively, YES Pac "fought everyone."

      Floyd notsomuch.

That said, I still voted Floyd as best of era.

once again...read my post....he didn't fight anyone of note between 112-122...outside of Ledwaba and Saskul at those weights...@ lightweight he fought the worst titleholder.....fought margo for a title in a weight class neither were ranked @ a catchweight and.....he has been at ww since 08 and never has fought the #1 guy so he didn't fight everyone

both are great but neither Floyd or pac fought everyone

Exactly, the rest of it is just window dressing.

Sasakul was a good fighter but let's not get carried away. He beat a spent, inactive Arbachakov for the title. Two years before,a fresher Arbachakov schooled him.

That said, your point stands. Sasakul was lineal and a good win.

Oscar was a money fight and was NOT Floyd's best opponent. Mosley was old but he wasnt faded. Those guys were NOT Floyd's best opponents.

Floyd's best opponents were the big ol' young guys he faced. Ortiz, Ghost, and Canelo.

Floyd changed his entire fighting style to beat Ghost. And he walked down Canelo's bigazz without being touched. I think Canelo would outbox the shiat out of a washed up Oscar.

I dont see Pernell, at 37, walking down Canelo without getting touched. And I think he is too small to beat Ghost. Allot of Floyd's opponents are listed as smaller than him but I never listen to boxrec and tail of the tape. Ghost is tall af and Floyd fought him like he fought Genero. I think Ghost is Floyd's most awkward foe and its the reason why Floyd had to change his entire fighting style to beat him.

I dont see Pernell beating him nor Canelo and even prime Ortiz was big as hell.

Do you think Pernell can fight Floyd's entire resume, and come out with a plus minus of 30, which was top 3 in boxing history? I dont think their is a fighter in history that can face his foes and come out with a plus minus that sharp. It will never happen ever ever EVER!

Yeah, Pac took on more tough fights and avoided fewer guys than Floyd. Overall.

Floyd still gets my vote though. Largely because his opponents never come close to beating him; whereas Pac has been knocked out cold.

Floyd dont play that lazy mess! Nor the drugs.
dude, the guy fought julio cesar chavez, azumah nelson, buddy mcgirt, tito trinidad and oscar delahoya.

and you bring up canelo? christ.

Ramirez was a damn good fighter though in fairness.

He deserved the decision against a prime Alexis Arguello.

That was an amazing performance from him.
