Who is fighting at a higher level than Khan? Groves? Rebrasse and Douglin were his last 2 fights. And he looked horrendous in both.

I think also maybe it's not just the split but the total.
My wife is a contract lawyer and there are always so many subsections and clauses.
People here think it's so black and white
In this case it is pretty black and white.

He is offered a 50/50 split with no options as it's for a vacant belt. It's a one fight deal. It would be on Sky box office where both fighters fight anyway, in London which is both fighters' home town.

There hasn't even been hard negotiations. Just Hearn getting in touch with George or his people and it was turned down out of hand.

It's all Ugly Kid thinking he's some kind of lone ranger maverick who knows better than everyone else.

He'd rather get bashed up in America for **** all money than fight DeGale again.

He's happy to hang onto the gift decision from the first fight for the rest of his life.

Eddie and Barry are good businesses men. I can't see them making an entirely equal offer.
          Can you?

You only respond to foolish opposing views not to anyone who has a sensible view that opposes yours.

Why not? It's a good deal for everyone involved. It's a 50/50 fight on paper so why not in the deal?

                  Firstly thank you

I think actually Degale stands as favourite currently.
That said Groves has better options once you look past the two meeting.
I actually think the fight will happen

Yes I can. It would be entirely different if Degale is champion, but he's not.

Which means everything is on equal terms.

Fair enough entitled to your opinion.
