Wilder has turned down a fight with Povetkin in RUSSIA. Wilder is the champion, he doesn't need to go elsewhere to fight anyone, if Povetkin wants a beating, he'll have to come to the states for it. He may not get as much money in his next fight but it's better then risking a robbery in Russia. Also Wilder is the champion in one division, Fury is the mandatory in another, how is Povetkin rated higher?
