Arum is a shameless liar. He might have a different fight planned for Manny but in order to get it done he has to go on a smear campaign to confuse the crowd.

As you see they take all the blame now for the fight not happening in 09 but back then it was more of the same by Arum. And don't forget the other excuses, the cut that was going to take more than 100 days to heal, the stadium that is still getting built, etc

Why are we giving props to Margarito? Margarito loss to Williams, and we know what he did to Cotto with the loaded wraps. He was a cheater, and Arum got him a license to fight Manny at 150 (because Cotto wasn't having it), so Manny could have a SWW title. Margarito's career is just as suspect as Sammy Sosa (corked bat), and Lance Armstrong.

I got you, but it's almost like some haters think that Floyd ducked Margarito because he was such a great boxer. He's a cheat. Soon as the loaded wraps were detected, Mosely destroyed him! Then Floyd schooled Mosely. Then Mosely had a draw with Mora, and THEN Manny fought Mosely and dissed him. Why would Floyd want to fight Margarito, when Oscar was "The Golden Boy" of the boxing world? Floyd did what Manny should've done, left Arum, and went to make historic revenues.

Point is Floyd was down to fight Margarito if the price was right and he got him Oscar. That's called making your promoter earn his money something Manny don't know what to do. Floyd got the fight despite Arum not putting that much worth in Mayweather. In regards to your Margarito/Baldomir comment:
