Nope, a referee/ring doc doesn't decide when Khan gets knocked out, who trains Tyson/algieri, etc. They do however arbitrarily decide when a cut looks bad regardless of who is winning.

If Lewis was 30 years old and in the middle of his career, he have no reasons to retire and 'duck' a rematch with Vitali.
