And what lucky escape?.
Lewis knew he was going to get the TKO and slugged it out , there is no way Vitali could have gone 12 rounds with such a cut.
Besides , that was a fat, out of shape Lewis.

Wlad will always have that "little bro" aura going on
spends his time wearing hipster hats in night clubs while his brother is orchestrating a guerrilla campaign
"durr hurr bro i put new pipes on ur civic
oh sorry u on the phone with ***** again"Last edited by ////; 01-24-2015, 09:12 AM.

end of argument
Mike Tyson (with Cus alive) beats Douglas, Holifiend and Lewis.
Algieri (with a real coach) knocks Pacquiao out.
End of argument ... sounds logic uh?

There's a reason Lennox didn't rematch Vitali, despite promising to him and the fans he would.
I don't thnk there's ever been a fight in history that ended in such fashion, where a rematch WASN'T demanded, and granted?
Doesn't matter what the "books" say - real fans are taking the sport back, and they know what the damn deal is (just like with Pacquiao/Bradley I, Castillo/Mayweather I, Lewis/Holyfield, Whitaker/Chavez, Matthysse-Judah/Alexander, etc., etc., etc.).
Heh, yeah, yeah, TKO6 say the tards, but... TKO'd FOR LIFE > TKO 6; Balls, and manhood TKO'd into retirement > TKO6; Fear of GOD TKO'd in your heart > TKO 6. Lol, when one man, can generate that type of fear in another man, he's snatched his heart, and balls for life, and has them in a mason jar. h
H2H I think Vitali beats everyone clearly except Ali, Holyfield, and Holmes. I think these guys present variables that would make them 50/50 fights.
Ali with his fast feet, and jab, and crazy chin to stand up to Vtaili's shots.
Holyfield (IMO, would have the best chance to beat Vitali) becuase of his chin, and IMO, best inside-fighting HW of all-time, and he could stay within Vitali's ideal range to generate power, and due to his shorter arms, would be able to turn over combinations first; them short arms would enable him to turn over his hooks, and uppercuts faster than Vitali on the inside and he would be able to outpoint Vitali. However, unlike Wlad who clinches when boxers get withn his comfortable range, Vitali CAN, WILL, and DOES fight on the inside, and is effective at it (just not as effective as Holyfield).
Then Holmes, of course, with that long, crazy fast jab, as well as quick feet, could be able to dictate range, and pace against Vitali. He could frustrate Vtali, and inhibit his work rate, and disrupt his combinations.
