    Cotto wins double!
If but won't happen Cotto has no chin to survive Canelo. They only way Cotto wins if Canelo hurts his knee and is forced to fight with one leg Cotto is 1 and 0 against one legged fighters

Funny you use compubox to show how efficient Cotto was right after ****ting all over it when I brought it up, claiming it's inaccurate

Different style of flghts though. Canelo/Floyd was more of a boxing match with a lot more jabs and feints, specially in the early rounds. We saw in the second half of the fight "gun shy" Canelo pick up his activity and throw more power punches.

Also keep in mind Alvarez has a low output consistently finishing up with around 400 punches thrown yet exceeded that against Floyd.

You would also expect the guy who was able to cut off the ring and force Floyd to the ropes to let his hands go more frequently, like Maidana did in their first fight with almost 1000 punches thrown.

        he's still young

I think if canelo lost to cotto canelo and golden boy would be fine considering he'd be losing 2 a future hall of fame fighter and not to mention a pretty darn good trainer. I think that's the problem with boxing today and alot of the reason the fighters don't fight the best available because the fans think if someone loses a fight it's the end of the world, I tnink every great fighter should have a loss, and if they don't have any losses to me that means they're not fighting the most dangerous and the best opponents. Think about some of the guys with 0 losses and what they've done, I'm a huge Marciano fan just look at my name, but he would've lost if he fought the best and most dangerous opponents, also I think the same thing go's for floyd if he fought the most dangerous for example like Ray leanord did I think he'd have a loss also, and to tell you the truth if Marciano lost a long battle with a young monster in Foreman I would have even more respect for him and think he was even greater. Or if Floyd lost in the 10th round by KO to Golovkin but left his heart in the ring and proved he'd fight anyone then I think he really would be the TBE. that's just my opinion. I think us fans put way to much stock in a loss, and in turn these fighters now days know that and thats alot of the reason why they're always talking about risk vs reward. People might think I'm crazy buy that's my take on it.

Actually hes 2-0 with one-legged fighters, you forgot Yuri. He's also 1-0 with one-eyed fighters.

It actually may be the other way round, if little Mayweather can rock Cotto what will Canelo do to him?
And Jose Cotto rocked Canelo, so what would Miguel do to him?

Get knocked out like Jose did.

Anyway my point was he was saying Mayweather was featherfisted and saying Floyd made Canelo 'gun shy' whilst ignoring the fact that the same featherfisted Mayweather hurt cotto more than Canelo was hurt at any stage.

Then why is Cotto asking for a catch weight and diva demands? If it's so easy, make it happen.

The only demands we've heard are from Canelo... He wants in Vegas or Texas only. It can only be in May and he has to get 50/50. Where exactly does that equal Cotto being a diva? Cotto's fought 3 of his biggest fights on the other guys home field (Margarito, Manny and Mayweather.) How about Canelo leave for a change considering he never has fought an away game?

As for Cotto being hurt... Seriously is this the best you've guys got? Canelo was hurt against a 147 pounder in Cotto's brother. At least Cotto got hurt by an elite fighter after going 12 hard rounds. Also, aren't you same clowns saying Floyd shouldn't be taking credit for JMM's KO of Manny... apparently it's okay for Canelo to take credit for Floyd's good punches though?

As for the compubox numbers, all you need to do is watch the fight. Pointing to the compubox is like saying compare their scorecards. Neither one does anyone justice. Cotto made Floyd would for 12 rounds and Cotto was actually trying to win. Canelo was trying to get countered and not get hit, that was the reason for the difference in performance. One is actually an A level fighter the other is just a pretty boy given the golden spoon to stardom.
