They both got handily beat by Mayweather. If you wanna compare who got beat worse, obviously Canelo, Cotto had his moments but was on the brink of getting knocked out whereas Canelo was just getting outpointed badly. His age and inexperience showed alot in that fight. Canelo has matured alot in his last two fights. You can call it controversial wins all you want, but Trout and Lara are difficult styles to fight.
