Wow this was the worst post so far. Billions? He hasn't even been paid close to 2 million for a single fight yet and he turned down a guaranteed 4 million a fight for 5 years. And that fight had amir khan vs Devin Alexander. People are getting tired of the haymon easy fights and its showing in the ratings. Adonis duckingsons last fight averaged like 250k viewers lol it was the least watched event of the year by a landslide. Even klitschko boring style could still pull 600k people to watch his fight lol

I am happy to see new promotional companies like mike Tyson and roc nation coming into the game. Its better for the viewers and the fighters so long as they are willing to work together.

Al haymon is the worst thing to happen to boxing. Hes trying to monopolize boxing and that leads to horrible fights that nobody wants to see because he's not making good fights, hes trying to pad their records.

Al haymon needs to learn that hes not the only player in the game. Even promoters like golden and dibella are doing good and they are here to stay so he needs to get on board and work with others for the good of the fans.

Also more promoters means boxers have more options of who to sign with, and their money goes up because there will be bidding wars. That's why the ufc fighters get paid like dog doo doo because there is only them and bellator which also doesn't pay anything so what options do those guys have.

If it were just al haymon having all the boxers you better believe he would start screwing over his boxers because they would have no recourse.
